Consultation & Journey Planning

This website provides the facility to enquire about and request custom-designed travel and event services. Every itinerary is curated after a personal consultation. Any request submitted online will be processed subject to:

• Full payment or adherence to agreed schedules discussed during consultation
• Compliance with relevant terms and conditions

No communication prior to Verena Tours’ formal confirmation shall be construed as acceptance of your journey request. All journeys are subject to feasibility and availability and may be declined at Verena Tours’ discretion.

Payments & Confirmations

To confirm a custom-planned journey or event, advance payment is required unless a formal credit agreement exists with Verena Tours. Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.

Cash transactions are not permitted. Timeline deadlines discussed during consultation must be strictly adhered to; failure to do so may result in cancellation of services without any liability on Verena Tours.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are governed strictly by the policies of the respective service providers (including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transporters, venues, and event partners). During peak season, blackout dates, or high-demand periods, 100% cancellation charges may apply.

Where refunds are applicable, they will be processed only after deduction of:

• Applicable supplier cancellation charges
• Payment gateway / banking charges

Refunds will be credited to the original payment source only. Verena Tours shall not be responsible for refunds related to unused services, no-shows, missed meals, or partially utilized travel plans.

Our Liability & Limitations

Verena Tours acts solely as an intermediary between users and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transporters, venues, and contractors. We shall not be liable for:

• Delays, schedule changes, or cancellations by suppliers
• Losses caused by natural disasters, accidents, strikes, weather conditions, or government actions
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Illness, injury, or accidents during travel or events

Clients are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel and/or event insurance in their country of residence to cover unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that a confirmed journey detail is not honoured by a supplier, Verena Tours’ maximum liability shall be limited to either arranging an alternative service of similar value or refunding the amount received for that specific service.

Modification of Terms

Verena Tours reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of www.verentours.in constitutes acceptance of the revised terms applicable at the time of access.
